Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Peachy Moments, each order is custom-made using your personal photos and created specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges once production has begun.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@peachymoments.co.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@peachymoments.co and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

If a problem is confirmed, we will gladly replace the item or work with you to make it right.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because all Peachy Moments products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Customer-uploaded photo quality issues

  • Cropping preferences

  • Color variations between screens and printed products

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Personalized/custom items after production has started

We encourage customers to carefully review uploaded photos and order details before placing an order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
